Burdekin FC offer U9 - U11 players the opportunity to participate in representative football teams. Being selected in a Junior Development Squad, means that the player has been recognised as having skills and attributes required to further develop and achieve success. BFC aims to development players technical skills, core values of teamwork, cooperation, fair play and respect for others. JDS teams travel to the Filippo Mele Carnival in Townsville during the July school holidays as well as the John Bomben Carnival in Cairns during the September school holidays.
